Mya came to us because her family had to move and could not take her with them. We tried holding onto her until the got their new ouse but, after months went by, they told us to just find her a good home. Mya does need lots of TLC. We are not sure if she is just afraid of not being with her family or if she has always been a little shy. She does good with other dogs as long as it's just one or two other dogs. We tried to let her play with our pack in the fence one day and she screamed. Maybe she has been attacked by another dog before or maybe or herd was a little over whelming. Which we know the herd can be a little overwhelming at first but, even after she had gotten use to each one we tried again. The same thing happen she threw her tail between her legs, fail to the ground, and screamed some more. She is fine around people and kids though. We have had no problems in that area. We do have reason to believe that she had been beat at one point in her life. When she stand up she stands with a curve in her back and with no pressure on one of her rear legs. She has had no problems walking or running with this leg but, it's noticable that she favors it while she stands. It could be a habit or an old injury. The vet says that both her back and her leg seem to be fine and there is no telling why she does this.
Bio:
Mya is such a sweet girl and loves attention. She will lighten up any bad day and always greet you at the door with a smile on her face. She doesn't demand attention. She will be happy just to know your there and lay ont he other side of the room. We hope she gets a good home soon. She really deserves it.
