Missing in Action

Hey guys...I know. I've been horrible. But it's NOT my fault!! My mommy has decided to start going back to school and she is working AND she is planning a wedding so her computer time is limited. Therefore, MY computer time is non-existent. Bummer.

I sure do miss all my dogster pals.

Not much is up with me these days--just been hanging out with my fur-sis and mom and dad. We're a good ol' family.

I don't get it?

What's the big deal? Mom keeps telling me I"m so special and one year ago today the world was blessed with my presence.

Well, I KNOW I'm so special, so I don't get why Mom feels the need to tell me. As far as blessing the world with my presence, I'm not sure about all that! I didn't even meet my humans until June so I have NO idea what that crazy lady is talking about!!

Anyhow--thanks to all my dogsters for the Birthday wishes. I'm a big boy now!!

You're Probably Wondering...

...just where I've been.

I've been playing in the yard alot...and battling for computer time. Apparently I've been the biggest loser in that battle since I haven't gotten to come out to Dogster in a long time!!

My dad is busy studying for a test...he spends HOURS on that computer and doesn't share!

When mom finally gets it...she spends hours working on photos...

Which leaves NO time for me or my fur-sis to come out to Dogster.

We sure miss our pals--and hope to get back in the Dogster world sooner than later!

Just don't think I've forgotten about ya!!

The Holidays are BUSY

I know I've been absent lately...I PROMISE it is not MY fault. It's my mom's. She has been too busy shopping and visiting family blog spots that she hasn't had time to stop by at Dogster.

Well, things have been crazy busy. People in and out of the house all the time. A TREE in the middle of the room. AND we got ICE. Ice is just NOT fun to play on and it makes your puppy paws super duper cold!

Mom and dad have told me I've hit the adolescence stage of puppy-ness head on! I've been shy and misbehaving. As always, I've taken mom to her wit's end. I wonder if she'll ever take me there?

Well, I hope all my dogster pup pals have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS (or Happy Holidays if Christmas doesn't apply to you) and a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Punishment

Mom said she was at her wit's end with me and my fur-sis last night. So for punishment, she didn't let us go to Girls Night with her...that's the night I get to go play with my fur-cousin, Zeus. But nope. Not last night.

I guess mom doesn't like when I grab her yarn (for one of her projects that keeps her attention away from me) and drag it ALL through the house. Or when I go outside--only to come in and have an *accident*. Or when my fur-sis runs all over the neighborhood and won't come back to mom. Or when I wake up at 3 am and am ready to play, play, play!!

I guess mom doesn't like it?!? It makes her go to her wit's end!

Holidays and more...

So, it's been awhile since I've checked in. Trust me--this is not my fault, but my mom's...as she won't share the computer with me. She's been busy with Christmas cards, etc. and just hasn't had the time to share. Plus dad is studying (not quite sure what that is...except BORING). So no 'puter for the Ty boy.

Let's see. Thanksgiving. That was such a cool day!! First, all these people I didn't really know came over and were oooing and awwing over me. I was kind of scared by some of them, but relaxed once they fed me some turkey. Oh pups, let me tell you! My pawrents don't EVER feed me table scraps--so I was in PUP HEAVEN when the Mr. started "dropping" turkey scraps on the ground. So super duper yummy!!

Then--after that was all said and done, mom started putting up weird things around the house. Are you ready for this? My pawrents put a TREE in the house. A tree they won't let me play with. I just don't understand. And there are packages under this tree--that I can't play with. It's kinda confusin' if you ask me.

So--there it is in a nutshell. I've been busy as usual terrorizing my mom and fur-sis...and checkin' out all this new stuff!!

It's so much fun being me!!

Well--I got off "restricted activity" in the middle of last week and it was GREAT. My fur-cousin Zeus (he's a big dog like me!) came over to my house and we played and played.

Then I got to go to his house and play and play!

Negative--because I played so much, I got super dirty and mom gave me a bath. Yuck!

Positive--I found a great new toy...mom's glasses!! They make a great "crunch" noise when you put them in your mouth and chomp. Mom? She makes a scary "noooooo Tyson, not my new glasses!" noise when I do it...but fun none the less!!

All in all (minus the bath) pretty great past couple of days!!

Survived!

Well guys and gals. I did it. I survived that horrid surgery (I NOW know what surgery means!!)

I was really groggy on the night after my surgery and the next morning--but I bounced back to my usually self pretty much by Thursday afternoon. I'm still a little sore, but I just ignore it and sometimes just walk a little funny...
