Today Mom got out of work early so she decided to pack for our upcoming trip on Friday morning. You may recall, our Mom is the one who brings EVERYTHING when she goes anywhere!!! She has 99 canvas bags and each one of them is filled to the brim!
In my bag I have some pee belts, three actually cuz we are staying three nights. Now, mind you, I DO NOT pee inside, especially if I am wearing a pee belt. One would most likely be plenty!
I also have a fleece jumpsuit, my winter coat AND my thundershirt. Most likely, it will be plenty warm... if not, I am sure I could wear my thundershirt if I was too cool and not need anything else.
As for feeding time...I have THREE dishes, one for water, one for food and one for ??? Who knows? I have a bag of food large enough to feed me for three weeks. We have a big container with one of every kind of drug we might ever require, as well as tape, bandages, a skin stapler, and tons of other veterinary stuff.
I have TWO collars and matching leashes as well as my flexi leash. I guess the extra one is in case of my other one breaking or getting wet or again, who knows?
I have a crate in the car plus my fold down motel crate. Mind you, I sleep in the bed with Momsie, and I ride on the THREE blankets Mom packed for the console. Soo, maybe ONE crate Barney and I could share IF we need to stay in the motel alone or something, but two crates for me?????
Of course, Barney has the same for him. And, Momsie has clothes for hot, warm, cool, and cold as well as jammies for all four choices. She has shoes for walking, riding, sitting, resting, you get the idea, right? And, of course there are the cameras and laptop and iPad and all that stuff.
Mom brought four bottles of wine (tiny ones, I will say!) and some Sam Adams. Now, mind you, Mom has had ONE beer and maybe a half glass of wine in the last six months, and I think Julie has had about the same. Maybe Barney and I can drink that stuff??? She bought juice, milk, soda, water, and coffee and tea, plus the same for Julie.
I could go on and on, but this is getting embarassing!!! Suffice it to say, we won't be needing to buy anything at all while we are there!!!!
