Ya know, I did stand a chance at keeping up with Toto's visitors numbers until HQ decided for some weird reason known only to them, to pick Toto's diary as one of the picks of the day over the weekend.
I was tied, even, but now I am TWENTY THREE visitors behind him, and losing rapidly!
Yesterday Mom took me and Toto and Crystal and Julia up to the pond to view the foliage. Actually, we went up there cuz Mom said we needed some exercise and Julia needed some plants for a dietgramma or something like that she was making for school.
It was pretty cloudy when we left our house and in spite of a bit of sun (AND, a rainbow) along the way up there, it turned into a completely RAINY afternoon!!!
Mom said we would not melt, so we went along back to the corner of the pond even though it was raining HARD. Julia found a ton of STUFF for her dietgramma and Cryssie and I ran and ran and ran. I ignored Toto cuz I didn't want him to get any nice photos with me that would have to be on his page so everyone would visit HIS page instead of mine.
The colors up there were PERFECT, in spite of the clouds and rain, and we even saw TWO flocks of turkeys in the fields and a gaggle of geese flying NORTH over the pond????
Mom took the long way home cuz she was trying to find a colorful little road to take our photo on, but most of the pretty leaves hadn't changed yet except up at the pond.
We didn't take the babies cuz Gemma was leaving this morning and Mom wanted to give us a respite before we have to baby sit Quincy all the time.
Right now he is in the kitchen and I am watching him eat a rug and one of Mom's shoes. She didn't say I was supposed to stop him from doing that stuff, BOL!
