Arrival Story:
I got Lucy from a breeder in Marysville, OH. The breeders are wonderful and really have a love for the breed. They still let Lucy and I come back so she can swim in the pond and play with the other dogs.

Bio:
Lucy has a really funny personality. When I went out to the breeders to see her at 5 weeks, I walked into the room where her litter was and called her name. She ran to the back corner of her area and went to sleep. Just seconds before she was playing with her brothers and sisters. I think she was faking so I wouldn't pick her up. Once she was in my lap, she started grunting in disapproval that I woke her up. Still to this day, Lucy will grunt if she has to do anything that she doesn't want to do or not allowed to do. She will grunt if she isn't allowed outside, if she can't eat my food, if she has to stop licking the coffee table, etc. She makes me laugh everyday! She is a very vocal dog. Sometimes I think she is a Husky.
