Some more news!

Well it seems Miss Lily will be going under the knife one more time. Her vulva continues to give her problems so the rescue made the decesion to go through with her vulva lift. I will have to schedule it today and will let everybody know what day and time so you can keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Booties and such...

Well the bootie try was a bust. She just wasn't having any of it. So I'm afraid we are just going to have to find her a home without complete tile or hardwood floors. Although I have changed my mind on the 2 story homes. She seems to be navigating the stairs with such stealth I don't really see why it would be a problem. She is very quick and sure on her feet so I think that makes the difference between her and the other 3 leggers we've had. She is still having UTI problems. We are hoping to find the cause soon. We did a cysto last wednesday and it was still lookin' pretty nasty. We are hoping for a christmas miracle for this girl to find a home!

Hi Y'all...

Lily girl is doing well. She has been having UTI issues but we seem to have them under control. She will eventually have to have a vulva lift but for now she is doing well. She is her happy spaztaztic self! One of my vets suggested that we might try putting booties on her to see if that would help with hard wood and tile floors. I have ordered them and am hopeful that this little experiment might actually work. She is such an awesome dog, I wish everybody could meet her b/c its so hard to put her amazing personality into words. So until next time lets just pray that she finds her way to her forever home!
