Squirt found a new home. She is doing well at her new home. She has a big back yard she plays in and two other brothers she loves to play ball with.
She was a great dog but wasn't the right dog for me. She has a wonderful
home now & loves her new family alot.
I haven't gotten another dog. Haven't found the right one for me yet. I guess
when it's the right time one will come along. I'm praying and waiting that I'll
find one soon. In the mean time I'll just go visit all my friends dogs and cuddle with them for awhile until it is time for me to go home again.
In this time I started having panic attacks, I have found out that dogs or any kind of animal are great for panic attacks. The lady at my counselors office has a dog she brings to work with her & I go down there after a hard seasion and just cuddle with him, my counslor has said, "he has stood there & watched what I do & how I have acted when Pez is around I am totally different." So that shows me that a dog can help with panick attacks!
Thanks Pez & I love you.

I'm sorry to say but Squirt has to find a new home. She can't be a Service Dog anymore! She is to rowdy, she likes to play, run & jump on me to much and as most of you know that can't happen. A couple Wednesdays ago at lesson she jumped on me & I couldn't get her off like my trainer told me to so she had to come do it for me and I had to stop my lesson. Squirt wanted to get rowdy & I wouldn't let her so she thought she'd jump on me & start playing, but thats a no,no!! She had been doing this for a coupld of weeks but my trainer had been letting things slid, letting me take care of it but this time things got way out og control!! So my trainer told me that she isn't going to make me a good SD.
She said"she will make somebody an excelant dog, just not the dog for me. I said ok & was ballin.
Wednesday we went to the pound in Seagoville,Tx. and found a "Black Lab". I was able to rescue him. Strawberry took him to her house and brought him to lesson on Wednesday night and let me work with him. I didn't get to bring him home. but hopefully I'll get rid of Squirt soon!!
So if you know of anyone wanting a GS Dog than please let them know about me? Coulb we be pup-pals?

This is Jamie. I went to camp for a week and that was the first time I have ever had to leave Squirt! I had fun at Camp Summit but was lost without Squirt. I met a lot of new friends. We had to get up at the crack of dawn to eat brekfest, the we started a day. We did all kinds of things like: Crafts, horses, swimming, Ropes this was my favorite! We all played
games, and had our pictures taken. When the week was finished and we all had to say good buy to our friends, There was a slide show they made for our parents to see what we had done that week. My mom & dad were crying before it was over.
I went down to Ceder Creek Lake in Gunbarell City. We had a git-to-gether with family and watched fireworks from the dock. Everyone except Papa & I went on the boat to watch them. I thought it would be to loud, but it was even louder on the dock by the trailer! When the night was over we headed back home. It was about 2am when we got home.
Today my mom & I are going to our Family Reunion back down at Ceder Creek Lake at my Uncle Eddies house. He has a house on the lake. They rented the recreation center and it had a swimin pool. So we all went swimin. Some of us got to go out on the boat & ride in the tube. It was fun & guess what I was the only one that didn't fall off! Ha Ha... The big guyes even fell off and little me didn't come off at all! Well when we got back I went in and tried to rest but it was just to noisy so I went back to the pool. It was getting kinda late so we all went back in. Everyone decided to have an auction for next years reunion. The aution brought in $250.00, Thats GREAT. I can't wait until next years.
Y'all have a great day and write when you get a chance,
Jamie & Squirt
