Hershey doesn't do tricks anymore, but he used to walk on his back legs all over the house.

Arrival Story:
We adopted Hershey at age 7 from owners who "had no time for him anymore". Pretty sad. We already had two other poodles and Hershey fit in with the pack right away. He's never given us a moment's trouble from Day 1.

Oh my!

It's been almost a month since I wrote in my diary. What a naughty doggy I am. I guess I haven't written cuz there's not much new around here. My new pain medicine is working great. I have my appetite back and basically I am just a happy dog. Plus I have a lot of good napping spots and a cool little brother to play with. What more could a dog ask for?

This has been the week from heck! My new vet said I could start taking Rimadyl for my arthritis, but I had to have the aspirin out of my system for a whole week first so I wouldn't get an ulcer. Dang, have I been achey! But I've only got two more days to go. Yeah!

Ma had to change my weight on here. I went to a new vet yesterday for my check up and I lost 3 1/2 pounds. I really liked the new vet. So didn't Jack and ma and dad. We are switching for sure.
