Arrival Story:
We went to the Humane Society searching for a friend for our black Lab, Dante, after our baby boy was born. We wanted an older dog since we already had a baby and a puppy. I didn't make a connection with any dog on our first pass, so I wanted to walk through again. As I passed one kennel, something made me stop and look back. There was Jake, with a huge smile on his face staring at me from his kennel which was located in a corner. I had passed him twice and fate led me to him! We brought him home on St Patrick's day 1999. They thought he was 3 years old at the time, but our vet thinks he's a bit younger than we previously thought. I hope so, because he's my perfect. If I could clone him, I'd have a dozen of him!! :)

Happy Howlidays everyone!!!
I have been doing great. My health is good and my family rules!! It has been cold here in Colorado, but I've been keeping warm playing with my brothers!
Hope you're all ready for a new year!

Life is good. Caesar has been a handful lately.
When mommy and daddy were in Europe, Caesar picked a fight with Dante. I got in the middle of it to protect Dante and Casear sliced the inside corner of my eye open. I had to get staples, but I was brave and held still for the vet. Mommy was a basket case worrying about me over in Europe, but I was just fine and the kennel lady told her so.
Mommy loves her so much. I know I am her perfect!
