Arrival Story:
When I thought of having a dog, I never consider having a pug since I've read a lot of negative traits about them, like health problems and the SHEDDING! Last January, I browsed the classified ADS and I saw an Ad which says "Pug for adoption call 72*****" wihout any description or anything about the adoptable Dog.. Adopting a dog here in the philippines is quite expensive because we really don't adopt, we buy 'em! That's why before I called the Pug Breeder I made it a point that I'm ready for the expenses, especially in updating vaccinations and buying all the dog's needs. So I went there to check the Dog, Timmy's old name was "Brian". My heart melted when I saw him, he was already 10mos old, left alone with all his siblings already adopted, He doesn't look that good with all the allergies and his smell was awful! But it doesn't matter, I tried to hold him and he doesn't want to come out of his crate, He've been there for 10mos and he considered that small crate his home. After a couple of minutes, the breeder forced him tocome out and I held him in my arms, I paid for him and we went home, I bathe him but that first night his smell was still there! it took a week before his smell adopted to his new environmnent. Now timmy's vaccinations are updated, we go to his vet as scheduled, he's well nourished and very spoiled! I get used to cleaning the house everyday for all the furrrrrr.. It's worth having Timmy, he makes me and anyone who visits my home happy, he's a natutral clown and he's so sweet! What can I say?! I love him!
