Arrival Story: Gigi came from Virginia. Her prevoius owner was an animal hoarder and she was kept in mud and filth outside (I guess that is why she does not like rain.) The SPCA went in and removed over 100 dogs! She was transported up here. She was sick and alomost died but pulled through.
