 Birthday: December 26th 2006
Likes: Quiet space of his own.

Pet-Peeves: None yet

Favorite Toy: Rawhide

Favorite Food: Science diet

Favorite Walk: Anywhere you want to take him.

Best Tricks: Making himself invisable.

Arrival Story: Foster's story is so sad. He was found and his owners could not be found. He then was given to someone who has 2 Bostons. The person's dogs did not like him and so she put him on Freecycle to give away. She did however have him neutered and UTD vaccines and Rabies. He is healthy. A woman saw the offer and picked him up. In the mean time she saw another dog she liked better so she wanted to get rid of him. We took him in and were to hold him until someone else could foster him for our rescue group. Not going to happen. He stole my heart............... He is a good dog. How that happened I have no clue. He should be aggressive etc because of all the hands he has gone through but he is so sweet. He is nice to our dogs and gives no trouble at all. I am so angry because he has had to go through all this change of homes in so short of time. I can't send him to yet another home. He deserves help and we are it. The buck stops here!

Bio: I called him foster dog, for 24 hrs before we got him so Foster is now his name. He is BIG. I know he is over 35 pounds and tall. He is not the prettiest boy either. He looks like a fighter but is a puppy. His head is so big. Maybe it looks so big because he is skinny. He is just another unwanted animal in a world that seem so full of them. I have 10 at my home right now and that is too many for me. Still I can not turn him away. We will find him a good home and God will help us do it.

Forums Motto: Will I ever have a home?

A few days after his visit to prospective new people fell through, I got a call asking about adopting him. He has his furever home. 6 acres of land to run on, a doggie door, an owner who athletic and ready to play with him. It seems to be working out well for them both and I am so happy for Foster. He just needed the very person he got. :) A happy ending and a new beginning.

Once this week we took Foster to meet some people at their home. Foster is a big boy and his manners are not polished to say the least. He jumped on them and ran through their house and yard and mouthed every time he was touched. They said they would thik about it...........meaning NO Thanks. I felt so sorry for him. He is a sweet boy and is so in need of attention and love not to mention a big yard to run off his energy in. We came home and I told him not to feel bad that he was a good boy and the Doggie Angels would send someone special for him. 2 days later that happened! Foster left today to go to his new home. A man with a big house, a doggie door and an big back yard with a high fence for him to play in has adopted Foster. It's just what I wanted for him. Just what he deserved to happen to him. I know he will be happy and well cared for. Have a happy life my friend. It was my pleasure to help you until your Furever Home came along.

Last Sunday I went to adoption day and I was having a real nice time. Lots of people were there and a lot of dogs too. There was a lot of excitement and I was excited. Some people came and talked to Dad about me. Nobody adopted me! That's 3 time I have been and nobody wanted me. I feel sad. Mom say's I am not going to adoption day this week. She said it's Murray and Katie's turn to go. Murray never went to adoption day before and she said he needs his chance to find a family of his own. I wish him luck and Katie too.
