I don't know if you pupses know Mommy on that facebook thing, but if you do, you probably know that she complains about weather a LOT. Don't get me wrong, she has a good reason for it. See, we live in Newfoundland, which is the windiest city in Canada, and also the foggiest. And one of the rainiest. In fact it rained 28 of 31 days in July. We did not have a good summer at all. In fact, peoples around here are saying that our summer didn't even start until August! Well, at least now it's here. I posted some camping pictures on my page to show you that we have had some nice weather. September is turning out to be quite nice too. Mommy is so glad for that, because the wild blueberries did not come out until recently, and she was afraid there wouldn't be any to pick, due to not having enough sunshine! Well, they are behind schedule, but they are there, and Mommy is going to go pick some today and tomorrow! Today it is 23 C, which is a perfectly lovely day in Newfoundland. If any pup ever wants to visit us, mid to late-August and September are the nicest time to come!

love Izzy

omd...that is alot of rain in one month, and I and Mom could not take that, we've had some rain too, but not that much. Glad you are getting some nicer weather and can enjoy camping!

My Dad used to visit for the entire month of August when he was younger. The last time he was there, it was mid-June and surprisingly the weather wasn't too bad. A few rainy days but he really got lucky.

Enjoy your summer. BOL!!

Hooray for that nicer weather!
When growlmy lived in Nova Scotia, she would always think the weather was good as long as there was no rain or pea-soupy fog.

Does your Momma make Blueberry Buckle? That is so yummy!
Growlmy's furends would pick wild blueberries, too, right in front of their house!

We've had very rainy times too, but ours were August and early this month.
Maybe someday we can come and visit. Mum loves to visit in Canada but she hasn't been to where you live yet.
Mum has blueberry pancakes on Sunday mornings most weeks. She love them very much.
