My Birthday!

Today is my birthday! I had a great day too. Mom was home with me all day. We went to the park and walked for about an hour. Maulie went too! I got to chase ducks, and play with a giant ball! Mom also made me birfday muffins! They had apple and molasses in them. I had to share wif all my brothers and sisters, but it was worth it!

my first snow

Mom put some pics up of me in the snow! I've never seen snow before! I really liked it though! I went out for as long as I could, then my paws would get too cold, and dad would bring me back in for a bit. Then off I went again and again! It was so much fun! Wonder if we'll ever get anymore?!?

OMD!!!! Momma just showed me where my picture is on the front page talking about dog allergies!!!!! That's so cool!!! I didn't know! It looks like I'm sneezing!!! WOW!!!! This is neat!

the "other" laser pointer

So mom is getting frustrated with me, cause she keeps trying to take pictures of me, and I keep moving. What she's not getting is that the camera she uses has an orange beam that comes from it whenever it's getting ready to flash, and it's just like a LASER POINTER!!!! How much fun is that!!!! Apparently not much to her.....

Today's diary pick

vacation

I got to go on my first trip ever to the mountains! We had so much fun! We went up mountains, and I played in waterfalls, and we got to smell all sorts of new smells. The only bad part was all the twists and turns in the car. It made me dizzy! and I got sick! But mommy got me some medicine, and I did much better by the end.

new things

Why do mommy and daddy think it's so funny to put things on the counter without telling me first? Last night I went in the kitchen and noticed something big and green on the counter. Now I know the kitties aren't suppossed to be on the counter, so I started barking at it to let them know. Well they came around the corner and started laughing at me. Then they took the big green thing and put it on the ground and rolled it at me!!!! I ran, it was scarey!!! They laughed harder! Turns out it's something you eat, called a watermelon. They are so mean!!!

That cat!

I don't like "that cat" anymore! The big furry one, called merlin, made me chase him down the dark hallway, and I almost caught him!!! but I was going so fast I didn't see the gate, and he jumped it, and made me run into it!!!!!!!!!! It really hurt! I yelped and screamed, and mommy and daddy came running and held me, while I composed myself. I don't think I got hurt, but it really scared me!!! Mommy gave me a bunch of treats though. She said that would make me feel better, and it did! Now I'm going to play with some toys, and ignore that mean ol' cat!!!!!!!!
