Arrival Story:
Champ joined my family when I was seven years old. My mom, dad, sister and I had just moved to North Carolina from California and my sister and I would have rather died than move so my mom promised that each of us could get ANY dog we wanted. I had wanted a goldenretriever but my dad took me to the pet store one day and there was my champ and his sister. His sister had a lot of spots and was a girl so I wanted her, but my dad and the store owner convinced me that if I got a boy, he would be my best friend. And he has been for the past 14 years.
Bio:
Champ no longer lives with me. I recently got married and champ tried to live with me and my new husband, but it didn't work out, he missed his home. And being 14 years old, he is allowed to decide where he wants to live. But he is still my little boy and I miss him very much. But now I am in Heaven, waiting on my mommy to join me. I fought a good fight but my time was over. I went to be with Jesus on September 6, 2008.

For everyone who was praying for me and my mommy, I want you all to know that today at about 12:30. I crossed over the rainbow bridge. It was a very hard decision for my mommy to make but it was what was best for me. My mommy's heart is broken. She misses me so much. Thank you.

Tomorrow Grandma is taking me to the vet. I have really bad arthritis in my hips and for the last few months I haven't been able to walk without help. So, tomorrow Grandma is taking me to the doctor to see if their is anything they can do for me anymore. I am 14 and my Mommy is very upset because she can't even go with me and Grandma. Please Please Please pray that there is something else they can do, I still have so much life left in me. I am a very happy and healthy dog still.

I am very excited, only 17 days until my little sister comes to stay with me for a whole week! She lives with my mommy and daddy and I live with grandma so I don't get to see her as often as I would like. But I will get to be with her for a whole week. We are going to have so much fun!!!!!!
