Arrival Story:
Last December - on Christmas Day, Mom and Dad suddenly decided to go to the pound and they found this glorious, huge, loveable dog! We had to wait a month to see if the previous owner would contact the pound, but no one did and now he's ours! He's a bit of a pain sometimes, being a teenage wolf mix, but we love every ounce of him (and that's a lot of ounces)

Orion is half Arctic wolf and half Alaskan malamute. He is absolutely huge - so big that he can't stand up anywhere near straight in the largest dog crate they make. I'm 5'4" and his head is about level with my waist. He weighed over a hundred pounds when we got him, and he was quite skinny and only six months old. Not sure how much he weighs now, but we're guessing 120.
