When I was selected as Diary of the Day, I received a Pup Pal request from a special dog who is no longer with us. Mica was diagnosed with immune diseases, IMHA and IMTP: Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia & Immune-Mediated Thrombocytopenia but did not survive. Her Dogster page is a must visit to read more about these diseases and the need for doggy blood donors. Also, please invite her to be your Pup Pal by going to Mica's page. She's trying to reach the goal of having 5,000 Pup Pals. Dogster is really a great place to share and raise issues. My mommy and I had never heard of these diseases before but are happy to help spread the word. We know Mica is in doggy heaven and proud of her people for trying to help out others.
