Birthday: November 11th 2007 Likes: He loves his Momma! Pet-Peeves: Buster thinks he owns Mama and gets a little upset if someone is getting a little too close to Momma. He just gets a worried look and is very alert watching to make sure she is ok. Favorite Toy: He loves his red Kong Bone and his Squirrel tree he got for Christmas! Best Tricks: Sit, stay, come and running out of the gate when I am not looking! BOL! Arrival Story: I bought Buster at a Flea Market on a whim. I am so glad I did. He has papers too. My son and I were naturally drawn to the pet place inside our local big flea market. I looked into the pen of all the cute min pin pups and was looking for a black and tan female. There were non left so, I picked up Buster. There was something special about him. He was very cuddly and loving and liked to give me kisses. After holding him a long time I thought I had better hold another pup to see if I liked him better. Well, I wanted Buster back because he had such a sweet personality. He is a very sweet natured little boy. He loves to run around through the house like a tornado and loves to play tug of war with his fur sis Sugar. Bio: Buster is a lovely copper color and his eyes are the same color. He is very loving and sweet. He seems very happy too. He is a real joy to me. Yesterday when Mom was out on the front porch sipping her morning tea I really was offended she did not take me out there with her. She thought I was busy eating my breakfast so she did not ask! Well, I finished my food but I was still a little disappointed that I was not out on the porch. I did not realize it but I had unzipped the cover of my doggy bed and I started tearing out pieces of the foam. I got tired of it and quit. But Mom came in the kitchen to see if I finished my food and she looked in my bed and said " Oh my goodness! Where did you get all that bread?" I looked as if to say, " What bread, where?" Then she started to pick it all up and she saw it was foam!! She zipped the bed back up and no harm done!! Yeah, maybe she will take me out on the porch to finish my breakfast tomorrow. I love my Mama!
Dear Diary,
Today Mom took my sis Sugar and I to the park over a very arched bridge over the Halifax river. The park is right next to the river which is so beautiful! I met a couple dogs there today and they were friendly. We love to sniff noses! We saw a huge fish jumping out of the water but it turned out to be a fountain! We also walked along the dock and saw some boats floating by! Its a great life! Mom gave us some special treats for extra energy on our walk today!
Dear Diary,
I love where I live in Florida and especially taking walks in the neighborhood with all the trees. ( I stop and water each one!) I enjoy my front porch where Mom has her morning coffee. I like to sit there and watch all the lizards and birds hopping around. Sometimes I even see that cat next door. He knows I can not get out and play so he just sits there and looks at me through the screen. Then, sometimes he has the nerve to turn his back and walk away. That is when I woof at him and say hey get back here!
What is new is that Mom and Dad cleared out the back yard and Dad attached some long leads so my fur sis Sugar and I can sit out there and walk all around sniffing and digging while Mom is back there working on her flowers. So it's a great new place for us to enjoy our new home! Now just wait till that yellow kitty comes around to the back yard!! There is no screen there!! Hee hee!
