She likes her stuffed house that used to have little stuffed toy squirrels in it. She throws it all around!

She loves to walk around our neighborhood. She is good on a leash and does not pull. She is very mannerly and has learned not to bark at other dogs during our walk even if they are barking their heads off!
Best Tricks:
If Sugar wants something we are eating she will do our favorite trick automatically which is roll over. She can shake paws, sit, lay, come.
Arrival Story:
My son and I were searching for a dog that was about a year old, housebroken, short haired and small to medium in size. We checked several places and finally I wrote to a local animal Shelter describing The perfect dog I was looking for. I recieved an email from the shelters Director saying she had a perfect dog for me there. She asked if I had ever heard of a Manchester Terrier. I said, no. She said well, she looks like a Min Pin , but bigger and with a longer tail. So the next day we went to see the dog. When we walked in the shelter all the dogs were in the cage except Sugar! The allowed her to roam about freely. When I approached Sugar she stood up on her back legs and reached her little arms up toward me as if to say pick me up. I did, and it was love at first sight. She and I are inseparable. Sugar sleeps with me also. She keeps me warm at night. She is always watching what I am doing and understands many words and phrases! She is a wonderful Dog and Companion! I love her so much!

Tonight it feels kinda chilly. It is getting down to 40 degrees tonight! I helped Mom put some sheets over the tropical plants in our front yard so they will not get frost damage!! Mom gave me an extra treat for it so that was well worth it!

Today the mail man delivered the biggest box I have ever seen. Inside it was a brand new big bed for me from my friend Dingles. It is a special bed that sits high in the back seat of the car!! There was also a bobo in there that squeaks and a Santa that squeeks!! I love them! Also There was a beautiful tye dye t shirt in there with a peace sign on the back that fits me perfect. Also there were some Phycox supplements that keep my legs nice and limber! There was also some really yummy treats!! Oh boy Santa I sure am happy I was a good girl this year!! Love, Sugar xo

Dear Diary,
We visited a different park today. Usually we walk down by the river but today Mom took us across to the other side of the river. My brother Buster and I enjoyed the new smells and feeling the nice breeze off the water. Mom had some tasty treats on hand too! I love getting out and stretching my legs! It's a great life!
