Arrival Story:
I rescued Maggie from a shelter in Middlebury, CT, where she was being fostered by one of the volunteers, when she was 6 months old. Maggie was found after she was thrown from a moving vehicle, cut up from the top of her head, down toward her face. She's still got all the scars, and one of her eyes doesn't close all the way, forever scarred open... But despite what someone had done to her, what a lover she is!! She has changed my life forever, and I will spend the rest of our lives together trying to return to her the happiness she has shown me.
