Arrival Story:
Piper was the runt of a "accidental" litter born to a Chihuahua bought by some unsavory BYBs. They'd gotten the female with every intention of breeding her with another Chi. But no one told mama she was supposed to wait for Mr Right!
I took Piper because they wanted her gone. I had lined up a spot for her at a very nice rescue. But when it came time to surrender her to the rescue group, I wasn't able to let her go. I finally realized what Piper had known all along - her home was with us.
