 Expected Adult Size:

Arrival Story: I found out that Murray was at the pound and up for adoption. I picked him up under the rescue group I work with. He is so skinny! I was told he was picked up as a stray and remained unclaimed by an owner. I was told he is food aggressive towards other dogs. He weighs 14 pounds and in my opinion needs to gain up to 5 pounds. He is a dark red and black with white markings. Not the standard Boston markings but very obviously pure bred. He didn't cry on the drive home and was very good for his bath. He is a sweet boy and I am so happy to have him. I will find a good home for him. He will not be adopted out until he is neutered, tested for Heart worms and vaccinated.

Bio: Poor Murry. He was likely an outside dog because he had a piece of rope tied to his collar when I got him. He is not fond of a crate but does as he is told. He's very loving and enjoys a cuddle and belly rub. His color is very pretty and odd. Lots of red in his coat and his little face is quite flat. He had no intrest in my neighbor's cat. He was sweet to the little girl next door and greeted my neighbor with a kiss. His coat is dull and he is very tin. He needs good quality food and vitamins and he will get that and good vet care while he is waiting for his forever family to come find him.

We took Murray to PetSmart 3 different times. Lots of people looked at him and thought he was pretty. One young lady fell in love with him but had to get permission from her Landlord to have a pet and by then Murray had been spoken for. The ones who wanted him were not able to keep him after all so he was adopted by the young lady who wanted him first. She had gotten permission to have him. I have rescued and fostered 30 dogs to date. Of them all Murray was one so very special to me. IF only he would have made friends with Buddy I would never have let him go. I guess things work out as they should because when I brought him to his new home he was so happy. He acted like he belonged there and his new Mom and her room mate just wrapped their arms around him and he was in Heaven. He Smiled! Now he has a Mom of his own............in fact he has 2 Mom's. They love him already and he is very happy. I feel a tear rolling down my face. I miss him. I love him. It is not always easy to be a Foster Mom.
Have a happy life sweet boy. It was such a pleasure to help you on your way to the life you deserve.
