Fresh breath!

Last night was a very eventful night for me. Full of running around in the backyard with my daddy, throwing around my toys with my mommy and exploring new "toys" around the house. While my parents were eating I came across a tube of some sort laying on the coffee table. I am barely tall enough to peak my head up to it, but luckily to my advantage, the tube I was seeking was just within my reach! I grabbed it and flung it to the floor, where I began to investigate and disect it. Within a few minutes, I hear my mommy telling daddy that she smells toothpaste or something, I dont know what that is, but it sounds fun! I soon get tired of my new find and began bothering my daddy once he is finished eating. Daddy says I smell like toothpaste. A few minutes later I hear mommy saysomething to daddy about chapstick and she picks up my new toy from the floor and tosses it into the big can. They always take away my good toys.

Humans dont know the meaning of fun!

Why is it that whenever I am really enjoying myself and having a good time, I instantly hear the words "no" being screamed at me?!?! Am I really doing something that wrong, or is it just the fact that my parents really dont know the meaning of fun?
Just recently I have discovered there is a whole world of great things to chew on and play with! Everything has such wonderful and different flavors and textures, its amazing. Many times I cant get enough of them! I just run around going from one thing to the next tasting and trying out everything I can! I just dont understand why everytime I sink my teeth into one of these fascinating things, I am scolded. Why would my parents have all these wonderful things around, if they weren't there for pleasure? Is it because they are selfish and dont want to share these fabulous toys with me? I am not a selfish pup, and I would be willing to share my toys and treats with them, now if only they would share theirs with me................................................
