Well, I was wondering when the ice was going to melt on the lake. I collected as much ice as possible and kept it out on the lawn in the back, but it melted anyway. Since it melted Mommy wants me to swim. She takes me down to the beach at night and we swim together, She makes me stay on my leash though until I get real good at it. BUT... Daddy and Mommy took me out on this cool thing called a paddle boat. I had a blast, I saw Lacey and Gustave and Boots on the lake. They swam up to us and jumped right up into the paddle boat! Mommy wasn't very happy because she just had her toe nail removed and her foot hurt so much and then me and my friends were stepping all over it. She pushed us out of the boat and made me swim. I hated it. She keeps telling me I have webbed paws but this doggy paddle is hard to do! So we went home and Gustave swam over to visit us. He made a poopy in the backyard. Then Boots swam over did pee pees and ate my dinner! Mommy had a long talk with me about manners and needing new pup pals. I don't understand!
