Arrival Story:
We were driving down the road and saw some pit bulls for sale.....We already had an American Staffordshire Terrier at the time so were not looking in any way to get another dog.......We stopped just to look at them and admire their cuteness......Well, to make a long story short , my daughter fell in love with them in about an hours time we ended up coming home with one of them.....We picked her out because she wasn't the most hyper of the litter and wasn't the most shy.......and all of the pups were solid tan except for two (Ginger and another) which had brown and white.......

Bio:
Ginger is from a litter of 13........she is definitely a handful........FULL OF ENERGY, very stubborn and doesn't know the word "giveup"........We named her Ginger because of her coloring by the way.......She wimpers and howls when she gets nervous......You should see her at the vet........She hates it there!........We think she had a bad experience emotionally there when she got fixed.......She is now almost 3 years old and close to 65 pounds......she likes to snuggle with us on the sofa at night........she'll get on the top of the sofa and lie with her back end on one of your shoulders and her head on the opposite shoulder......guess she thinks she's a fur coat.........she also loves to sleep with her neck DIRECTLY over your mouth and nose........think if she had little ones she's probably smother them cause she almost does to us.........we still haven't figured out why she sleeps like that........she loves her crates........that is "her domain" she figures........she also loves to DIG craters in our backyard.......she digs up bricks that are a foot underground all the time........she'll look at the ground, turn her head like she hears something then starts digging away and before you know it she has a brick.........By the way, Ginger has a serious water obsession.......would probably drink herself to death if we left her alone with the pool or a running faucet or waterhose..........All in all, she's a handful but we love her to death........
