Likes: Sleeping Favorite Toy: Tennis Ball Favorite Food: anything with meat Favorite Walk: treadmill Arrival Story: BooBoo was recued from a man who had kept her in a crate all of her life (6 yrs) and used her only for breeding. A woman with a local shelter contacted me in regards to her aggression with other dogs...so I took my trusty sidekick Mia and we went to temperment test her at the vet that she was staying at. I was admittedly shocked when I saw her, underweight and her back legs deformed from being crated for 6 yrs. With the assistance of the veterinary staff we introduced them and BooBoo just wanted to run away...right then I decided to take her home..realizing that no one would adopt her in her condition with behavior issues. She was heartworm positive and we began treatment..now 3 yrs later she is hw negative and loves dogs. Bio: BooBoo unfortunatly lost her fight with cancer and went to be with all the dogs that have gone before her over the Rainbow Bridge on Friday Spetember 18,2009.
