Does anyone like fried rabbit?

Someone please tell me,what is the life span of a wild rabbit? This corn nut? Pumpkin nut? whatever. Well Nut fits him just fine. The thing has grown so large and sassy. He thinks he owns the bedroom,he screams and bats those scrawny little paws at us if we even get near the cage. I have to eat doggie treats,the nut however gets coconut cookies and romaine lettuce. Make him eat iceburg, it's good enough for me,makes those burgers mighty tastey that I steal every once in a while when Dad gets up to find the remote. I drool and look pretty and I know Mommy loves me,but the rabbit needs to go. Maybe I can slip him in the garage sale Mom is planning to have,if he sellls quickly she'll never miss him until it's to late HEE HEE

We need a frying pan

Well, the bunny corn nut? peanut? whatever nut suits him very well. He is getting nice and fluffy now. He is no longer snack size but would make a main entree. He stills gets way to much attention. I used to be the one to lay on the bathroom rug while MOM bathed- well now he gets his free time during that time. What a crock, if I get the chance he'll have plenty free time- out the door he will go. I am still Moms favorite nerd and I still have to let her think I like NUT, but I just don't know how much longer I can go on with the cherade. I think he ate my Halo, because I can't find it. Dad had a car accident and there went my soft bed, he was just to sore to have me get on him by accident (big sissy)Well. I'm gonna have mom let me out to play by the lake, maybe I can leave the door cracked and the fur ball will scoot right on out. I'm beginng to sound UGLY aren't I? Well I have to try sooo much harder to be #1 , with the fur ball in the house.

Pumpkin whatever

I tell you this bunny is making me old. She-he-it,oh whatever gets a lot of attention. I used to be able to lay quietly on the bath mat while Mom relaxed in the tub. Well those days are long gone, Pumpkin whatever now has the bath room when Mom's in there. she said he needs the room to make him get stonger. Well, he's done a number on me. Does anybody have the Avon ladies phone nomber? I tell he is causing me to get wrinkles, he is aging me. I need some wrinkle cream,and fast.

the Blue Bully

Now when you think of Florida you think of Sun and Sand and the smell of suntan lotion. Don't be fooled by those commercials. I think this is RED NECK country. Life is slow and easy, everyone knows everyone, and everyone has a Bulldog and a pickup truck.Well I heard Mom tell Dad she had seen the prettiest little Blue bulldog at Walmarts on the back of a truck(you can actually leave something unattended and come back to find it's still there)Well she just raved about how pretty it was. SOOO,she went to the store and left Dad painting the Laundry room,that's right a bull dog blue!!As soom as he turned his head ,it was on, I was gonna be a Blue Bullie when Mom got home. I thought to myself,should I do the bulldog waller or just dip a lttle at a time so Dad wouldn't notice I was in his paint. Well I sat down in it and my butt was blue,but I needed something I could see myself,so I dipped my nose near the pan and my ear fell in,the color looked great on me, a Blue Bullie it would be. Well, Dad had to ruin it before I could finish the job, just as well I guess, The red nose was gonna be a dead give away. The blue made my nose really red, like Bozo the clown. Maybe I could powder my nose,I hear Mom tell Dad she has to powder hers.Well until I can figure out a way to change my nose color I guess the blue thing will be on hold. I'm off here and on my way to see what Pumpkin whatever is doing,maybe he's out of the cage and I can give him a run for his money or try the color blue out on him,where's my Halo? I can't let that get to far away,I'm an undercover dog and that is part of my cover--UP!!!

Against all odds

Well, I never thought it would happen. Everyone says a wild baby bunny can't make it with no Mommy. Well, Pumpkin whatever? is growing like a weed and jumps all over the place. Granny told Mommy that the Mommy bunny chewed the grass for the babies and the put it in their mouth. OH! I hope my Mommy didn't do that, just so she could have a rabbit. She better hope someone don't drop off a Beagle, and that could well happen as she does do a lot of rescues ,they are well know for being Rabbit dogs and that may create a problem. Well it looks like he's here to stay,so I might as well get used to the idea and learn to like it. I hope Mommy don't make me learn to coo like she does when she holds Pumpkin seed? nut? oh whatever. Well I have to go make sure he's not in the bedroom, because I am really tired and I want to get to the bed before the rabbit does. If I am on the bed he won't get on there. He's afraid of me. Now do I look like the big bad wolf? This Bunny is making me age, does anyone have any idea where to get wrinkle cream for Bullies?

Lonely Coby

Well, Mom and Dad left early this morning and Drew boy has gone to school. I have looked this house over for snacks, but Mom puts them up high,because my sister got in the cupboard and ate all the dog bones and a lot of human food. She's a dumb puppy, why didn't she just eat out of the dog dish it's always full. Doctor Mike says Mom feeds us buffet style. Buit sometimes the body requires more than Kibbles and bits. I have tried all day to get into the bathroom where Mom put the Bunny Pumpkin whatever? but I just can't reach the door knob. Why did she hide him anyway. Does she think I might eat him? he wouldn't even make a good sized snack.Well, I hope she brings me a burger from Mickey Dee's and a shake would be nice. Well I'm gonna go see if I can find anything to eat, chew or tear-up . Then I need to find my Halo before Mom comes in. Now where did I put that? Pumpkin whatever better not try to wear it, It looks like him and Me are in direct competion for Moms affection.

The Bunny or ME

Now just look! I know I have to live in the same house with this tiny creature, but please don't put it in my face. It looks and smells like Bulldog chow to me, a little hairy but I think I can get past that. He is cute but I just don't want Mommy to pay so much attention to him and His name is ?? Oh no I have forgot again, It's Pumpkin Seed? No maybe Pumpkin Nut. I have such selective memory.But if he's gonna live here I have to know who he is. And do you see my Mommy with the Big Bully on her shoulders? well, that is Biggin,he's my cousin and lives 2 doors down the road. He had surgery and has Arf-ritis in his hips. So Mom kisses up to him a lot. I may not be as big as Biggin but I just about knocked Granny down when she came to see me. SHe said something about "Bulldoggin" I guess I have got a lot of power in this nice srtong body I have, But the wrinkles keep getting worse. Do they make wrinkle cream for Bullies? Well ,I think I'll go to bed. Mom has been gone all day and I have had no time with her, so I'm gonna slip under the covers and push Dad over so I can snuggle. She lets me do that you know. Right! when she's a sleep, but I should get a good 15 minute nap tonight because she is tired. Maybe I'll have a smoke before I go to sleep HA HA. After the cigarette breaks I'll put it in the box with Pumpkin Whatever? and let her think he smokes. Better him than me to take the blame. Do I sound spoiled? I guess I am a little Nerdy, so goodnite, I'm off to seek a warm place to sleep

my family

I just have to tell you about my Family. I have a great big tall Daddy and Mom is very tiny, I have a sister who got engaged and went to lve in the house she plans to live in after she is married(I sure do miss her)Then my brother Drew boy is a great friend, he plays with me and rides me on the 4 wheeler. I'm a homebody, I like the lazy days lying around the lake in the sun. I have lots of company as there are 8 of us that have been rescued and we all live with Mommy. She tries to find homes for the dogs she rescues but when she took Cheyanne for a foster visit she had to go get her in the middle of the night. I guess that won't work out. We all romp and play together in and out of the house. We found a bunny nest in the moss under a tree and I brought Mommy the baby,it was all alone and I sure know what that feels like. Well,it is now part of the rescue effort. She named it Pumpkin seed, We were told it wouldn't make it but Things are lookin pretty good right now. It comes when Mom calls it and eats lettuce and drinks a bottle.This to shall pass,we have had to live with cats and believe it or not 2 big ugly white rats. They were an expansion of a pet rat her friend had, so they were give to my brother and sister. Well they were great for a while ,then my sister Di found a boyfriend and the rat was history,both of the rats have since died from old age.They all go to homes eventually, but me, I'm a keeper, I heard Mom tell granny that she loved me more than any of them. I feel so loved when Mommy comes home. I hope this never changes

a new home for Coby

The picture I made Mom upload was taken shortly after Mom got me, I went to work with her for a while, because she was afraid something would happen to me. I guess she must not trust her Doggy Doctor because he said "I was right as rain". But she was always checking me and tried to make me eat more. As you can see in the picture my Mommy is as cute as she is nice. She does dog rescue and at the time she brought me home,I was #10. Thats a lot of getting used to. I think sometimes she can't remember all their names, she just comes to the back deck and says it's time to come in guys and everyone follows her in.For the most the brothers and sisters I live with now are smaller poodle mix,but some of them that have gone to new homes after they were stabilized were big huge Bulldogs. As if I wasn't bad enough being Bulldog and Bloodhound, she rescued another not long ago,that I am sure is part Giraffe. Her legs are as long as I am tall and as cute as she is she wants to be one of the boys. Mommy took me over to My step Grandmas house to spend the night and I guess I was a total cry baby. But I have never been away from Mommy for very long at a time. When she is at work I stay with my Daddy and my Human brother Drew boy. I love to go bye-bye but I don't want to stay anywhere without Mommy. As I was growing up I guess I was a typical Bulldog, I chewed the couch cushions and the pulled the rugs around,slobbered all over. But now I'm a big boy and I don't pee in the house anymore, I try not to slobber so much,but I guess that is something she will have to deal with. HOME SWEET HOME
