Arrival Story:
Ozzy was found as a stray in rural KY. He ended up at a shelter that become over crowded and so his "time" was coming up fast. In order to give Ozzy another chance, up he came into Rogers' Rescues Foster Dog Program where he waits patiently for his new family.

Bio:
Ozzy was found as a stray with alot of scabs around his neck area. No one is quite sure what was done to him, but he's a happy guy nonetheless and the vet says his scabs are healing up nicely! He can be a litte uncertain in new situations, especially when on lead, but he figures out quickly that no one is going to hurt him. Ozzy has great in-house behaviors! What a pro! Housebroken, crate trained, a non-chewer, and great with other dogs. He's super duper affectionate with people and also loves to play with other dogs. He's always waggin' his nubby tail and play bowing for whoever will entertain him! He's active outside but will settle down perfectly once inside as long as his new home does not have any cats. Ozzy likes to chase the cats! He's a wonderful, smart, loving guy who just needs a little confidence boosting. Are you the family to help him?? Give Ozzy a chance at the wonderful life he deserves!
