Bio:
Poca has the greatest capacity for joy I've ever seen in any creature -- she is so much fun to watch at play. We've had trouble getting her to generalize that people are ok to be around and she's still shy of strangers at 3 years old. But she's getting better all the time. She's the most alert dog. She has to always know what's happening around her and is constantly assessing the situation. We call her our Sentinel. Must be the shepherd in her coming out. She is also very smart and can figure things out very quickly. She loves puzzles and tennis balls and would prefer to be outside exploring or playing with other dogs more than any other activity. Pocaâ€™s hierarchy of needs is: #1 her dog friends (she has many!); #2 all other dogs; #3 peanut butter; #4 tennis balls; #5 us; #6 other people she loves. She's taught me much about how to enjoy simple things and how to live in the moment.
