A Dog's Life that has ended

It came to fast and unexpected

Hi... My name is Belle and I'm a golden retriever, I am 13 yrs plus old and I had a GREAT life with my mom and stepsisters... My life currently ended on April 19th, 2008 at 1am. Mom took me to the emergency vet and because of my age and what they thought it was making me sick that the best thing to do was to let me go peacefully to sleep... Mom did right by me and let me go peacefully instead of being selfish and putting me through alot of stuff that she knew my body couldn't handle and I thank her for that.

I heard the vet saying that a mass or something had ruptured and I was bleeding internally.... That it was probably cancer that I had and that if I survived surgery I would probably only make it another three weeks... It was the hardest decision in her life.. You see she doesn't have any human kids just us furry ones and she SPOILS us rotten and gives tons of LOVE.

You should see our toy boxes. Yes I said toy boxes for we have two.. one upstairs that is HUGE and a smaller one upstairs. I have a ton of different balls and stuffed animals some squeak and some make noise like the creature they are made into.. Like I have a frog that croaks and monkey that makes monkey noise.. and I have the new squaky tennis balls..but I found a way to pop that squeaker in the ball and mom doens't like when I do that.. I have bones and giggle balls.. and I know that everytime she gets chinese food we get a new toy... For while she is waiting for her food she runs next door to the Pet Food Outlet and picks us up something..

he hehe we have her wrapped around our paws..

Anyways.. the day before my passing we had a great day.... We played ball, went for a nice walk and I got to play with neighbor kids for they are alot of fun to play with.. We play ball just a couple times then mom said I had to rest so then they gave me hugs and kisses and lots of petting. Heck I couldn't go wrong with that..

I know she is missing me terribly but .. I think if I tell alittle bit of my life story to share with others she will laugh once again at the things I have done and become happy once again..

BELLE
