Arrival Story:
After getting Haylee, and falling in love with the dachshund breed, I wanted another. I originally wanted a chocolate dachshund but I got a call from a friend and co worked the day that Pluto came in. I immediately went to see him and it was love at first sight. Pluto was a litter of five. All of them being a beautiful red. I had never seen his color before so I was sure to have him. I brought pluto home that night. Haylee was so excited to have a new puppy (especially one her size!) Bacardi on the other hand wasn't very impressed. It took him months to finally like him, and now they're inseperable bros! Pluto was very lucky to go home that day. His 4 siblings had gotten sick with coccidia the first few days and unfortunately 2 had passed away. Pluto did have the signs of it as well, but I medicated him immediately and made sure he stayed healthy in his new loving home. He has become a man and is very hansome. He is a wonderfull part of out family.
