Arrival Story:
We decided to expand our family after being married a year and knew we wanted a Weim. It's hard to find Weim breeders in our area, so when we saw him at a local pet store, we had to bring him home. We visited him every day there until he was ready to come home---my family ended up getting two other dogs from the same place after seeing them when coming to visit Tenny.

Bio:
Everyone always wants to know how he got his name: We decided that before we got a dog, we would fence in our yard. It was very expensive, so we joked that the dog was going to cost a lot. After paying for all he needed to join our family, it ended up being about $10,000. My sister said that we should name him "Tenny". After going on-line and seeing that there are other dogs out there with the same name, we let it stick. (The "Blue" part comes from his beautiful blue eyes when he was a pup.) Being a Weim, Tenny has a loving personality, but is very energetic and known for being "bonkers". He's calmed down a lot, and we couldn't ask for a better dog.
