STAFU PUP of the DAY!

I woke up this morning, had my breakfast...and found that I'm Pup of the Day over at my wonderful STAFU group! What a great big honor! I knew this was going to be a super fun weekend but who knew that I'd get picked...little old me! Mom says she knew they'd love me cuz I'm so sweet and gentle, but I just never thought. Anyway I'm gonna strut around the house all day today and mom's making me special treats to celebrate my honor. We're gonna have a doggie cake tonight at the party! What fun!

Three Dog Weekend!!!

Well three DAY actually! BOL! The whole family is off for the weekend and we plan to lounge by the pool, eat steak and enjoy the sunshine! At least until it starts storming in the afternoon. Mom is gonna let me be outside until it gets too humid, then we'll move the party inside till the sun goes down. Hey that's one of mom's favorite songs! Tee-hee! Hope everyone has a pawsome weekend! My new haircut!

I went to the beauty salon today and mom had them cut my hair for the summer. I feel so much lighter and I really like my bows! Daddy said that I'm his beautiful girl! They were really nice to me but the only part I didn't like was getting blow dried. I was so happy to see mommy that I crashed right into her when they brought me out. It was a lot of action so I'm off to my bed for a nice long nap!

Beauty salon!!!!

Mom made me an appointment for the beauty salon tomorrow. I'm going to get a cute new haircut. My hair hangs right in my eyes and drives me CRAZY!!!! Anyway, when I get home we're going to take LOTS of pictures and put them on my page. Check back to see how gorgeous I look!

My Big Vet Visit

So I went to the vet and it really wasn't that bad. Except for that thing they stuck up my butt! I didn't like that too much. The vet said I'm in perfect health! Mom was so happy. Mom says I have to have surgery in June so I won't have any puppies, which is ok with me. I have to much going on to worry about kids. I'm going to be a MODEL!! ....or an ACTRESS!! I don't know which yet. Maybe a fashion designer! Oh well, I have a few months to worry about that stuff. Mom says I should just worry about being a kid. Anyway, Happy May!

Adjustments.....

So I've been home a few days now and I'm getting to know my human family. I haven't met my brother Gus yet because Mom says I need to get used to things for a couple days. I'm meeting him for dinner tonight. I can't wait! Mom and Dad let me sleep in bed with them and I've figured out how to let mom know I need to go out. I just stand with my nose in her face and start panting. I'm not sure she likes it, but she wakes up really fast!!!! I'm learning that the kitchen is NOT the bathroom like I first thought. It seems when I potty outside I get treats but when I potty inside nothing happens; no treats, no kisses, NOTHING! I don't think I'll do that anymore, I'd rather go outside and have FUN!! Anyway, I'm going to the vet today for my first check-up. Wish me luck!!!

I'm HOME!!!!!

I'm home, I'm home, I'm finally HOME!!!! My new family is sooo excited but not as much as me! I didn't expect to be the one they picked because I wasn't chosen last time, but they LOVE me and I LOVE them!!!! Mom's taking me shopping tomorrow and I can't wait! Stay tuned for my many adventures with my new family!

Preparations......

My family-to-be is coming to see me next week and finalize the details of my adoption. Mom is already buying me things for my new home like a bed, collars, toys, and clothes. I don't know how she knew my favorite color is pink! Anyway, mom's taking the digital camera AND the video camera to get some shots of me to post on my page. OMD, I hope she doesn't try to put clothes on me!!!!!!
