Arrival Story:
This beauty is proving to be very friendly, fun-loving and affectionate. Danica sure loves to have her belly rubbed. Danica was abandoned by her owner chained up outside in the cold. The ladies next door tried to take care of her as much as they could but were not financially able to. A fellow rescuer saved her and now she's in a safe place in our program. Danica is fostered in a home with a male pit bull mix and 3 cats. She does well with all of her furry friends. Danica is house broken and crate trained. She knows a few basic commands and is working on how to walk on a leash instead of pulling. She is very responsive and should be easy to train. Danica has spent most if not all of her life chained up outside so she starves for attention now and loves every minute her human friends can give her. If you stop petting her, she will paw at your hands and arms or will bury her head in your lap. She loves being right next to your side whether its in the kitchen cooking or watching TV ... she just wants to be where ever you are. Danica is a sweet loving girl who loves to shower you with love and affection.
