Arrival Story:
My mom started a new job at a newspaper last June and was looking at getting a dog. One of the sales reps in the classified department told her about a client of hers that had a boston terrier puppy that needed to go to a good home, b/c his sons were involved in so many activities that taking care of my dog mom, dad, and me was very time consuming. My mom was really excited to learn that she could pick me up on Friday. So on her lunch break she drove over to the family's house and met the family. When she entered the home, the man that she had spoken with over the phone gave her a run down of the my shot history and the things I was learning how to do like go potty outside and interact with other dogs. When he opened the back door My dog mom Zoe and my dad Moose ran in to greet him as did I. As soon as I looked up there she was. I remember her asking what my name was. The man told her it was Panda...But as soon as she took me home she named me Austin The Boston after her two favorite cities...(Ps I'm a Texas Longhorn fan through and through...) I could tell that she loved me from the moment she saw me because of my spunky personality and my ability to make her smile... There was one thing that concerned her...If you notice I have one blue eye and one brown. When I was old enough to open my eyes the nice family took me to have my eyes and ears checked to make sure I wasn't blind or deaf...Luckily I am neither...Just spoiled as my mom and dad would say...About 6 months ago my mom started dating a guy whom she met in college, who she has known for about 10 years...We have since moved in together and I have become very attached to my Dad...I am so lucky to have two wonderful people in my life who take care of me and make sure that I am given the absolute best life...
