Mom and Dad finally found a dog park in our town. They took me and Chase and Boba last weekend. Since it has rained so much here, there were a couple of big mudholes which became like magnets for me and Chase.
We got shaved a few weeks ago. I apparently looked so funny that my dad started laughing hysterically when he picked us up from Petco. Mom and Dad think I looked like a little piggy without the curly tail, because I am somewhat overweight and red in color, so I looked sort of large and pink when I got shaved.
Anyway, when I saw Chase in the mudhole, I splashed around and lay down in the mud and got it ALL over me!!! It felt really good, and Mom and Dad laughed until they hurt. We had so much fun at the dog park!!! I hope they take us back soon!!!

Hey!!! I got a new bro this week!!! This has been a little bit stressful for me, but I am getting more and more used to him. I'm always finding myself caught in the middle. Mom and Dad think its funny that when it's just the two of us, we are fast pals, but when Chase is around, I have to take his side, so I just walk around and bark and growl and try to make myself look and feel really important around the big dog. I get really jealous when Mom and Dad give Boba some love, but they still make me feel special too.
We had to go to the Vet yesterday. That is not ever fun for me. They always end up touching my feet which really ticks me off. I am very neurotic about my feet. My mommy says that she used to feel like SHE was the one who needed medication during my nail clippings and fur trim around my paws, because I would try to wrestle out of my muzzle and bite. Now that they have trained me (I don't like the muzzle), I am much better about getting my paws done. They don't have to muzzle me anymore, although I do overdramatize the situation. I like to squeal like they are killing me. I think it adds interest and excitement to a difficult thing. What can I say?
Maybe humans should try that at the dentist....On second thought, they are not nearly as lovable as us, so they probably couldn't get away with it nearly as easily.
