Likes: ice cubes, swimming, running, sleeping on furniture

Pet-Peeves: when Jen flips the cushions to the couch and denies me my favorite sleeping place

Favorite Toy: Any ball the kids are playing with

Favorite Food: Whatever Kyle is eating

Favorite Walk: Anywhere I do not have to wear a leash and can go for a swim (fortunately VT has many such places)

Best Tricks: I can bow, speak, dive off of rocks and body surf the rapids

Arrival Story: I started my life on a puppy farm in Western Kentucky, where I was rescued by first owner (who, luckily, did not know any better than to purchase from a puppy farm).
At a tender puppy age, my first family relocated to New York where, due to the crazy work schedules of my peeps and my destructive puppy tendencies, I spent many LONG hours in my crate.
Thankfully, my owner, who felt mighty guilty everyday (I could read it on his face as he put me into my crate), gave me to his sister and her husband who own an Inn in Vermont. And get this, the Inn, called the Paw House (http://www.pawhouse.com ) , caters to dog owners and their dogs!!! Now I have the best life of any dog anywhere!!

Bio: I currently dwell with my family in the exciting (for a dog) state of Vermont. My family consists of five human units, two canine units and a reptile unit of the tortoise variety.
My human units are Mitch (to whom I am most partial), Jen (who is OK, but not Mitch), Drew (a three year old little guy with whom I have a love/hate relationship), Kyle (just turned one and who is quite cute for a human) and Lynnie (my second favorite after Mitch, b/c she lets me sleep on her bed sometimes).
My fellow canines who share my home are Mario and Shakespeare, 15-year-old lab brothers. Shakes has slowed down quite a bit, but Mario is quite spry for his age and is good for the occasional tug-of-war with our dog beds.
Finally, we have recently acquired a tortoise named Abigail Adams, and her purpose is not quite clear to me!
