Arrival Story:
We bought Spanky in St. Louis Missouri, our previous chihuahua was stolen, in the summer of 2002 we saw the add in the paper so we went there to see them, we could have gotten the black one but there was just something about him and plus the black one was very shy. I'm glad I got Spanky because he is the sweetest chihuahua ever!!
