A day in the life of "Bonito"

Lumps

I found 3 lumps on Bonito. We took him to see our vet and Dr. Wilkins saw him today and checked every lump and said that they were benign. The doctor removed fluid from each lump and checked it under the microscope. I was so happy with his answer. He measured the two largest lumps and said on his next check up he would check on the size again. He said that they might grow and then they could stay like they are. If they get too big he would remove them. Mom and Dad worried, Bonito was just glad to get out of the Vet office as soon as possible. It was a very good day.....thanks for prayers answered.

Santa was at my house tonight.....

Santa came to my house tonight on a big andvery loud fire truck. I heard all the noise and we all came out of the house with all the neighbors to see Santa and there he was on top of the big fire truck. His helpers were handing out candy canes and taking pictures. It was a great night and Santa made it feel more like Christmas

Mom, I can handle this......

Mom and I were out in the far back where she feeds the birds and while she was doing that I saw a hole in the ground. Mom said to leave it alone but you know dogs. I was putting my nose down this whole and something bit me on the end of my nose. Well, I will tell you that it really hurt and I yelped and Mom said I told you not to put your nose down the whole. So Mom still is putting bird seed into the containers and all of a sudden something goes flying by Mom's face and lands on the other side of her and she screems. Poor Mom, when she saw that it was a "rat" she almost died. I had put my mouth down the whole, grabed that rat and threw it into the air, I didn't mean to throw it by Mom and scare her. Well anyway, the rat was dead and I went to the Vet. and Dr. Wilkins said I had all my shots and he treated my nose and all is well again at our house. Well it made for a fun day for me but a little expensive day for Mom.
