Arrival Story:
Forrest was adopted when he was about 8 weeks old from Kay's Animal Shelter in Arlington Height, Illinois. Life has never been the same....
Bio:
Forrest has been quite an inspirational dog. First, he inspired the creation of Camp Dogwood - an overnight camp for people and their dogs. And most recently, Forrest has recuperiated from back surgery and two knee surgeries - after 18 months of surgery and rehab, he is active, strong, still trusitng of all of his vets, and a real example of perseverance.
