Mom loves us.

Mom says she loves us and we are a part of this family. She said it is going to be very exciteing for me and Lilli when we go to our home. Someone is interested in adopting us and he lives all alone now. He is lonely and wants us to go live with him. It sounds good to me. I will miss Heidi and of course Mom and Dad will come with us in our hearts. I won't miss the others here though. Lilli will miss Katie. She likes Katie. Mom said we will know soon if the person would be a good home for us. Mom said and Dad love us and will make sure we have a good home.

Saturday

Mom bought me and Lilli new pretty collars. I got a pink one with a pink leash. It has pearls on it and I look so pretty in it. Lilli has a gold one and it has pearls too. She is such a cutie pie. Mom and Dad took us to PetSmart for adoption day. Lots of people came to pet us and talk to Mom and Dad about us. I grawled at some people and Lilli did too. I told Lilli we need to do that so nobody will want us. hehehe It's good here at our house and we can be happy here all our lives.

I'm busy

I have been so busy. I went to the vet and had work done on my teeth. Had 3 removed. Not so bad though. Mom fed me some real yummy soft food for a few days. Then she took me to the vet again for my heart worm treatment. I didn't like that. It hurt to get a shot in my back. Mom is having a more gentle treatment done so I won't get all sick and stuff. I feel fine. I am eating and playing and everything is great. I am happy here but I know Lilli and I are going to have to go to our furever home one day. It's OK cause Mom says we go together or we do not go at all. hehehe She loves us. She is watching out for us.

I'm good

I feel good. I am eating dry food again after having lost 3 teeth. I am playing and happy. Lilli is doing well too. Mom says I have to go through Heart Worm treatment and that will take 6 weeks. She said when that is over I will go to my new home with my new family. Whay will it be like? Mom says for me not to worry because she will be sure I have a perfect home before she lets go of me and Lilli. She said Lilli and I are a package deal. She says we are like Peanutbutter and Jelly. We have to be adopted together. She says if we don't go together then we stay here together. I sure am glad of that. I know she and Dad will do what is best for us.

I've been Spayed.

I am OK. Mom took me to my doctor and she left me there. I growled at the nurse person. I was scared and I didn't think Mom was going to come back for me. I was scared. Then the nurse gave me a shot and I got so very sleepy. I went to sleep and when I woke up I was confused. Then Mom came for me and brought me home. My mouth hurt! Mom said I had 3 teeth pulled. She said I was spayed too and it hurt for a day or so. I was OK with the spay. Mom told me that I would never have babies again. That's fine with me cause I've had a lot of babies and my owner sold them all except for Lilli. I didn't know I was going to loose some teeth but it's OK now. I feel much better. Mom said she got bad news from my doctor. I tested posative for Heart Worms. She said thst means I have to go through treatment like Katie's doing now. Poor Katie feels real bad. Mom said I HAVE to do it. She said she loves me and will take care of me and hold me and do all she can to make it easier for me. For now she says I just need to get better and healthy. Lots of vitamins and good food. Oh Yeah!

Things are good

I am very happy and feeling great. Mom said I am going to be spayed soon. She said that means no people will ever let me have babies and take them away to see them again. She said I am going to be fine and in a little while after the spay I will get a home of my own. Lilli is going to come with me to the new home. She has to come with me cause she is scared without me. Mom said we are both looking well. The hair on out tails has grown in and looks nice. We are shiny and have gained enough weight to look very pretty. She said our ears are perfect now too. The hair was thin on them and we had bumps on them from a bacteria. She got that all cleared up and we are pretty girls, she says. Last night Lilli was not feeling good so Mom gave her meds and she slept on the air mattress on the floor. Lilli slept with her and I cried at being alone in our crate so Mom let me sleep with her too. That was so fun. I hope we get to do that again tonight. Mom said we can't sleep in her and Dad's big bed cause it's too high up. If we jumped off would could get hurt real bad. I rather sleep on the floor with her so I don't mind.

Saturday afternoon

Had a great day today. Played with my new friends Heidi and Bella and of course my little daughter Lilli. I like it here. Mom is sweet to us and takes good care of us. Dad is sweet to us too. He likes to hold us. Mom and Dad hold us and cuddle us and it's real nice. I love sleeping in back of mom when she is on the computer. Lilli crawls up with me and we just sleep and sleep while she pecks on the keys. I like my food and the Rx med. is not bad at all. Mom thinks she is hiding it from us in a spoon full of wet dog food but we know it's there. I told Lilli that she is trying to help us get all well and healthy so we have to take it and not fuss about it. Mom told me today that she is working hard to get us well so we can go to a home where we never have to leave again. Where we will be loved forever. I like that idea. She said she doesn't know if we will go to the same home but she said our future is bright no matter what.

My new life

Things are looking up for me and Lilli. I gets lots of good food now. My foster Mom says that I had poor nutrition and with the new food my coat will become thick and shine like glass. I like that idea. I am happy I am here. I like my new mom and she is kind to Lilli too. I wish she would let us loose in the house with her and the other dogs. She says we have to get over the Kennel Cough first. It is no fun coughing all the time but it is better then it was when we got here. I think I will be OK now. I just hope Lilli and I can stay together. I have to watch out for Lilli. She is my baby though she is not a baby anymore. I watch out for her anyway. I have a lot to worry about but I think I will stop worring now. Life is much better and our foster mom says it is going to get even better.
