I was set up! I volunteered to foster Shibas in rescue for NYC Shiba Rescue. Soon after I volunteered, they brought Chad to me. After about 2 months, I realized that he and Henry had become BFFs - that, in fact, Henry wouldn't go anywhere without Chad. About that time, the Rescue received an application for Chad. When they told me, I panicked. I told them that I wanted to adopt him, and they all said they were hoping I would. As I said, I was set up. But, I can say with complete confidence that it is the best set-up I've ever had.
