Arrival Story:
My brother was walking home from work when this "dirty stray" began following him. My brother, who is not a big dog person, tried to shoo it away but the stray kept on following. She looked like she had spent over a month on the streets. She was super skinny, had layers and layers of dirt and fleas but had the sweetest face. I had to beg my mom to let me keep her and I succeeded. That day Brody went to bed with a full stomach and a coat that had been bathed 3 times in one day. Three years later she's back to a healthy weight, eats well, and is happier than ever.
