Arrival Story:
I was with another forever man. But I understand he had to leave town. While I was at the groomer, another basset named Andy was being groomed, and his forever family adopted me. Woohoo.
I was great friends with Andy for many years, until he crossed over the rainbow bridge. I wasn't sure how I would like being alone, but I have found it was very appealing. But now, my family decided to adopt another basset.... Mr. Wilson. He likes all my squeaky toys.
Bio:
I am participating in a sleep marathon. My goal is to get 18 hours of sleep a day. But that brat, Mr. Wilson, is making it hard. My master has decided Mr Wilson needs to go on walks, and he takes ME TOO. Arrrgghhh.

Dad has been taking us to the ranch alot. There are lots of basset hounds at this ranch. We had a good time, and I just milled around a little. The other dog, Mr. Wilson, has lots of friends there, and made sure he met them all again. He also marked all around the ranch. He is so weird.
Anyways, before we went to the ranch, my Dad and Mom gave us both a bath. I hate baths, but Wilson liked it. We got nice and clean, and then went to the Ranch. We stayed clean for 1 hour :D
That will teach them.

How miserable I have been the past two weeks. My eyes were all yucky, and I was just not feeling well at all. I am much better now, but I was not well. My daddy took me (and that brat Wilson) to Dr. Wag and he looked at me and said I was alright now. He gave my daddy some eyedrops to put in my eyes. They make my eyes feel much better.
Anyways, I am getting back to my sleep marathon now.

Daddy took me and Mr. Wilson for a half hour walk today. If we keep this up, I may end up losing my basset figure.
