Arrival Story:
I found Mia thru a woman who rescues dogs and adopts them out to loveing families. I recieved a call from her about 3 hours before I was throwing a huge holiday party. She told me that she found a little dog that needed a home asap. She runs a rescue service out of her home and she and her family were leaving on vacation for the holidays in a few days but she couldn't refuse to take in this puppy which turnned out to be exactly what I told her I was looking for. I felt bad leaving party preperations in the hands of my sister but she told me not to worry and that I should go take a look at the puppy. So off I went, and and hour and a half later I brought home 12 week old Mia. She had been in a shelter most of her life and was very shy and timid, and she was the sweet heart of our holiday party. Half the party ended up cramming into the smallest room of our appartment where little Mia was to take turns being the person she took a nap on. After only a day or two Mia went from being a shy and timid cutie, to a little firecracker with tons of energy who puts a smile on the face of everyone she meets.

Mia went to the vet to get fixed a few days ago. She's doing sooooo much better and of course doing everything she's not suposed to do lol! It's very hard to get this little ball of energy to rest, all she wants to do is play!!!!!!! Besides that she has an itchy belly, wich I'm doing my best to keep her from scratching.
