My mommy has a job now and she's making me a vet appointment as soon as possible. She's making one for me, Max, Lil Miss, and our new sister. She's hoping to get at least two of us in on her first pay check.

Bruce’s fate still undetermined

Bruce, a dog seized in Northern Ireland as being of the Pit Bull type, is still awaiting the appeal on his death
sentence.
The case was originally heard at Bangor Magistrates Court on 27th August, where Dr Mugford gave
evidence stating that Bruce was merely a friendly Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
Unfortunately the Magistrates’ concluded that Bruce was of the type and ordered his destruction.
However, Bruce’s owner is appealing this decision and following a brief hearing on the 12th November,
the case has been listed for mention on 12th January 2009 at which time a date for the appeal will be fixed.
Sadly for Bruce this means he’ll be spending more months incarcerated in kennels.

REMEMBER he did NOTHING wong,did not growl,attacked or biten anyone.
he will be killed just because he is a pit.

i contacted my bruce contact and this is what she emailed me.

Dear Nathalie,

Yes, Bruce is still in danger--his owner cannot obtain insurance for him and so she is urgently looking for a
rescue for him and has only got until the 29th of June or he will be put down!
This is so frightening--after all he and his family have been through.
If you can help Shannon to find somewhere safe for Bruce to live and be loved, that would be wonderful.
Thank you for checking back.
I live in Wisconsin, US so don't have any contacts that could help in southern Ireland--
but the sooner he is moved to safety the better.

Hey everypup its me again and here is the update on whats going on with me!! Well I met this GORGEOUS pup named Gypsy and we talked for a while and the I asked her to be my girlpup and she said YES!! Then now my mommy might have to give me away or have me put to sleep because I attacked a lady but they arent exactly sure why I did it because I've never bitten anyone before and my daddy said that she might have hit me and thats why I bit her!

Ok so heres the deal.A bunch of people have been calling me and my family fake!!!And I really dont understand why!I asked them nicely to leave us alone but they wont do it!They say we're fakes because we dont have a more than a few pictures and they say that my momma doesnt know her dog breeds but the breeds that momma puts on our profiles are the breeds that the previous owner told her that we were!But ya anyways...Bye!
