Arrival Story:
My husband and I found Mea online in April of 2007 and it was love at first sight! When we finally met her, at her foster home, we knew we had found THE dog. Mea was rescued from an alley during the winter of 2006-2007 by the heroic volunteers at Because You Care. We own them a huge debt of gratitude for saving this tremendous dog. Aside from being chatty Mea is the perfect dog. She has an abundance of personality and loves to love people. We take her on long road trips, on hikes in the woods, to family events, on walks and even shopping at the pet store. Mea comes with us to friends houses on the weekends so she can play with their dogs - she's very social. She is a great dog who likes to play just as much as she likes to sleep in the sun or smooshed up between my husband and I on the couch. Mea is the greatest!
