Arrival Story:
Well, my Pops wanted a chihuahua and my mom said, "No way, no more dogs!" So, he said let's go look at some and then later you can decide. Of course pops was sneaky and drove mom to the reputable breeders to buy me that day. No coming back later! (Yes, folks she breeds responsibly, they still do that today ya know. And none of her babies have ever ended up in the "bad place".) Anyway, so they go and look at a couple of my cousins and then they get to me. At that time I wasn't too savvy on the human speak, I mean the most I ever heard was..."Aww woook at wah woooot wiiittlllttt wuuupppyy", yeah brutal on the ears, mate. Worst was, "Llluuuukkk at thooosee bbiiig ollee EEaars." Which they obviously didn't realize could hear VERY well.
So, where was I? Oh yeah, I see these two people peering at me in my crate and I'm bracing myself for the loud braying of their voice, when I hear a soft little whisper something like, "Look, isn't he cute, let's take him home." I figured if I wagged my tail a little and sat very still they wouldn't notice me and pick my brother instead. No go. Pops took me out and held me ....and folks thats how I came to be in my new home. One little look from these big puppy eyes and he was hooked. Mom doesn't like to admit that she wanted me, but she does. That's why she spoils me so much! And Jazz, that little wanna be rabbit of a cat...well she loves me........she just won't admit it. I think she likes it when I chase her around the house. And Peaches....he's a cat too...I think he is all pretend ...he thinks he's the "King". Pfftt.......of the litter box maybe. Well folks, there's not much more to my story. I'm just a little 'ol chihuahua that loves affection, and weaseling my way in to the laps and hearts of every human I meet. Happy Tails to You!

Dad and Mom are going to bring us a little brother from the animal rescue in a few days! I hear he is a gorgeous Weimaraner mix with tan coloring and green eyes. A rambunctious little pup! I am going to love having him to play with and help Mom and Dad "teach" him to be a good little boy!
I'm just worried he is going to trample all over me! Mom says he has big 'ol feet and is a big and goofy puppy! He even gets to have my room and I get a new room!
Who knows maybe I will be soooo excited that I will lead him on a merry chase all day and he will sleep most of the time!
