I love napping on mommy & daddy's bed w/ my baby. I also love to cuddle up to my daddy and give kisses. I love my new baby sister.

I pretty much don't like when mom & dad are doing something that does not give me attention. I also don't like the nail clippers or having my ears cleaned.

I have so many toys I can't pick a favorite. I really like my baby.
Favorite Food:
I pretty much like to eat whatever my parents are eating but mommy won't let me have people food anymore because she says I am chubby.
Favorite Walk:
I love to be in my own yard.
Best Tricks:
It cracks my mommy up that I give her a high five with both hands and then if she doesn't switch hands I won't either.
Arrival Story:
My mommy & daddy had just bought a house and mommy wanted a dog. Daddy told her to wait until the summer of 2006 to get one. Meanwhile, dad's brother (who is a police officer) escorted a tractor trailer of police supplies down to New Orleans to help replace stuff that was lost during Katrina. While down there he met a police officer who breeds labs. He told daddy's brother that they were due to have a litter (me) the end of October and that if he wanted one he could have one. Daddy's brother talked to daddy. Little did mommy know that daddy said he would take a chocolate lab puppy. In the meantime, mommy kept bugging daddy for a puppy and he kept saying to wait until the summer. So 4 days before Christmas daddy tells mommy that he is going to his brother's house after work to help him with some stuff and then will be home for dinner. Mommy had already invited both of their families over for dinner that night. Dinner was done and mommy couldn't get ahold of daddy or his brother. Finally, in walks daddys' brother all grumpy and a few minutes later in walks daddy holding me. He walked up to mommy and handed her the best Christmas present ever, a tiny 7 week old chocolate lab puppy, that would be me! Later that evening he told mommy the whole story of how they became my new parents!
Bio:
I am an 80 pound purebred chocolate lab. My mommy loves to read so it is only fitting that she got my name from a character in a book she had just finished reading the day she became my new mommy. Daddy wanted to name me Snowball but mommy didn't like it since I am brown and not white. So, that is how my name became Briley Snowball. While mommy and daddy are at work, I have free regin of the house since I am a big girl and no longer require a cage. I usually spend my afternoon camped out on my parent's bed. Mommy wants another puppy but daddy says that my baby sister and I are enough. My grandparents are pretty nice too. I tried to sit on my grandpa's lap once, but he told me that I was too big. I don't understand that though because mommy lets me sit on her lap and daddy does too sometimes. I usually stay at grandma's (dad's mom)when mom and dad go away, my other grandparents (mom's parents) have a cat and she is not very nice, but they bought me a ton of toys for Christmas. Anyway, I am pretty spolied. My parent's love me a ton!

I used to be scared of mommy's hair dryer, but one day I got brave and decided to check it out while she was drying her hair. Mommy will blow dry me and tell me I am beautiful so now I think I have to be beautiful every morning. I think mommy got smart though because she puts me out to pooty while she dries her hair.

It has been forever since I have been on here. My house has been very crazy.
My daddy was remodeling the house in preparation for my baby sister and didn't get it done in time because Mommy got really sick and my baby sister, Molly Ryan, came a month early. She will be 4 months old on the 30th and she cries alot. Mommy and Daddy give her medicine which helps her. They keep telling me to get rest now because once Molly starts crawling I won't get to sleep unless she is. But I don't care because I love her and she is cute.
Mommy and Daddy still give me a ton of attention and I try to help with Molly when she is crying. I love to give her kisses and sometimes I even clean her hands and feet.
I will keep you all postedon my baby sister.

Where do I begin.
When I last talked to you guys I wasn't sure if I was going to get a baby brother or a baby sister. Well, mom and dad found out that they are having a baby girl so I am going to get a baby sister. I like to lay my head on mommy's belly, but my sister doesn't like it because she kicks me.
My mom and dad took me to the state games lands a few weeks ago and even though I am treated with tick stuff I still got some ticks. Mommy is pretty good about making sure that I get my frontline every month, but she forgot to order it and just got something from the grocery store until they had more frontline for me, well I was allergic to it and had to go to the vet and get medicine. Then my daddy had an atv accident. He is ok, just has broken ribs.
I am all better now and I only have a few weeks until my baby sister comes. Mommy says I can sleep in the room with my baby sister if I want, but I have to remember to share. Hmmmm, not sure what that means.
Well I will keep you updated on my house and let you know when my baby sister comes and what they name her.

Well, my house is still crazy. Daddy finished the baby's room and put the big spare bed back in until they get the baby furniture. I have been sleeping in there on the bed. I have a new favorite thing though, mommy points to her belly and says that my new baby is in there so when she lays on the couch, I curl up beside her and put my head on her belly. Mommy thinks it is cute and daddy just says I am silly. This new baby coming must really be a big thing because my daddy is redoing the basement now and they said they bought new furniture for the living room and I have to be careful with it so it doesn't get messed up. I will find out on March 6th whether I have a baby sister or a baby brother.
It has been pretty cold where I live lately and I can't wait for it to warm up. Daddy had me out playing on Saturday while mommy was shopping, that was fun and I slept really good Saturday night.
Well, I am going to go since it is almost naptime. I did ask my mommy about those pictures of me and she said she will post them as soon as daddy puts them on the computer from the camera. I will keep you all updated on my crazy house.
