Last Friday (27th June 2008) we found a lump in DeeJays neck and hind leg, these lumps were not there a week before, as a concerned owner she was taken to the vet to make sure everything was right, the vet was unsure and wanted to take samples to clear things up. The tests came back that afternoon and told us that DeeJay had Cancer of the Lymphnodes and was sadly put down Saturday morning (28th June 2008). My mum and I decided to have her cremated so we could keep her in our home and hearts for ever.
DeeJay was the best dog we had ever owned, it was only be coincidence that we recieced her as a 3yr old when her owner was convicted and again by coincidence suddenly taken away from us, she was the highlight of every day, she was my best friend, the one who was always sad to see me leave and happy to see me come home.
Bubba came home today (3rd July 2008) in a rose wood box and velvet bag with the ingraving DEEJAY SLEMMINGS rest in peace bubba girl 00/08, it feels good to have her home again :)

What i want to tell other pet owners, is that if you feel something different in your beloved pet please get it checked out, even if it is nothing.
